Tried signing in but it said my google account is already being used

title says it all. I don’t remember ever signing in before but I got shit memory. Either way, I can’t use the account it’s talking about either. So either we have a bug with signing in to an already made account or a bug with an account not being able to be made. A third option is someone else is using it, which I also don’t see how is possible but it still could be. Either way I would appreciate some help if anyone knows anything.
