Incorrect Rates Being Displayed

Just checked Fury and K, once Choepessa 4 was liberated both planets have become completely surrounded by SE controlled planets. Both planets still show a 0.50% cap rate by the bots, when it should be 0%. The per hour liberation rate is correct though.
