Counter stratagems to Harvesters

I think the Spear should be put as a counter stratagem for harvesters. It can one tap a harvester 90% of the time. I main squids and take it from me, that thing is a beast. The autocannon should be replaced by Spear as I have used autocannon before and it is WAAYYY slower than the Spear. Just a heads up. I haven't tested it on other factions, but just thought I'd put this here.
