Cape display in database

Just a section within the database tab displaying each cape, its history, and lore that is already included in the game. Does not need to be anything extra just to see what had to be achieved/ accomplished to earn said cape. Or where to locate if wanting to purchase, like *in super store* or *in blank Warbond*
