Apple to Samsung

I paid for the yearly subscription on my Apple account but I switched to Samsung recently and there’s no option to sign into my account with my Apple ID. When I sign in with google it’s a different account and I can’t use the subscription. Please allow me to at least change my email on the subscribed account so I can use it on my new phone
