Add a feature to help divers understand best attack opportunity

The current MO is a great example.

Had everyone followed the DSS to Grand Errant, the MO would be won as it would have been possible to liberate Grand Errant with 1.00% resistance.

Instead we attack a planet with over 4% resistance with the DSS offline.

It was right there and somehow players need to understand the strategy.
